Dragi colegi, profesioniști în domeniul sănătății și susținători ai îngrijirii centrate pe pacient,

Avem deosebita plăcere să vă adresăm o invitație caldă la Yerevan Pain Days, un eveniment regional de referință în domeniul managementului durerii, care va avea loc în inima Armeniei – Yerevan.

Societatea pentru Studiul și Combaterea Durerii din Moldova se alătură cu entuziasm acestui efort regional, într-un spirit autentic de colaborare est-europeană.

Țările noastre – Moldova, Armenia, Georgia, Ucraina, România și altele din regiune – nu doar că împărtășesc o istorie comună, dar și valori similare în abordarea medicinei:
🔹 dorința de a oferi îngrijiri de calitate tuturor pacienților,
🔹 angajamentul pentru educație medicală continuă,
🔹 și aspirația de a integra cele mai noi soluții terapeutice în sistemele noastre de sănătate.

Aceste puncte comune creează o bază solidă pentru colaborare, inovare și susținere reciprocă. Împreună, construim o rețea puternică de profesioniști care îmbunătățesc realitatea tratamentului durerii în întreaga regiune.
Dar tocmai aceste provocări creează un spațiu valoros pentru solidaritate, schimb de experiență și dezvoltare comună.

Evenimentul din Yerevan nu este doar o conferință științifică – este un loc unde se nasc rețele profesionale durabile, unde ideile prind viață și unde vocea specialiștilor din Europa de Est este auzită și valorizată.

Vă încurajăm din inimă să participați – fie ca lectori, fie ca participanți activi – și să fim împreună parte din această mișcare care promovează o abordare umană, integrativă și bazată pe dovezi în tratarea durerii.

We’re thrilled to be attending the EFIC Pain School in Verona, Italy from November 5-7, focusing on Pain Psychology for Non-Psychologists.

Pain management requires a truly multidisciplinary approach, and understanding the psychological aspects of pain is crucial for anyone involved in patient care. This event offers a unique opportunity to explore how psychology intersects with other fields in treating pain, ensuring a more holistic and effective approach to care.

By attending, we aim to deepen our understanding of pain from all perspectives, enhancing our ability to support patients through comprehensive, evidence-based strategies. Together, we can continue to improve outcomes and make a meaningful difference in pain management!

Dear SSCDM Members,

We are delighted to invite you to the opening of the exhibition SHOW ME YOUR PAIN Vol.III Moldovan Edition. The exhibition is part of a series of events that blend art and science to raise public awareness about pain. It has been organized in collaboration with the Salzburg Art Forum and the local office of the World Health Organization. Our project has had a significant impact in Austria, and now we aim to offer the public in the Republic of Moldova the opportunity to experience this multisensory exhibition.

The exhibition offers a unique interaction between visitors and the artworks, presenting paintings that reflect the pain experiences of volunteers, accompanied by sensory elements such as sound, smell, taste, and touch. This will contribute to a deep understanding of pain and how it is perceived in various socio-cultural contexts.

Attending the 50th-anniversary congress of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP) in Amsterdam has been an incredibly enriching experience. The discussions highlighted how crucial it is to understand the varying approaches to pain management across different countries and healthcare systems. These differences underscore the need for a more global perspective on pain treatment, ensuring that advancements in one region can benefit others. Grateful for the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas with experts from around the world!

In the landscape of healthcare, this platform serves as a beacon of hope, a catalyst for change, and a testament to the significance of addressing pain comprehensively within society. Pain, often referred to as the “silent epidemic,” affects millions worldwide, transcending boundaries of age, gender, and ethnicity. Yet, its management remains a complex and multifaceted challenge. Hence, the imperative for a concerted national effort to tackle this issue head-on cannot be overstated.

👩‍⚕️🧑🏻‍⚕️👨🏻‍⚕️👩🏻‍💻🧑‍💻🧑🏻‍💼👩🏼‍💼National Policy Platform on Pain Management provides a unified framework for policymakers, healthcare providers, researchers, and patients to collaborate effectively. By establishing a common language and shared objectives, it fosters synergy among diverse stakeholders, ensuring that efforts are coordinated and resources optimized. This collaborative approach is indispensable in devising holistic solutions that address the myriad dimensions of pain, from medical treatments to psychosocial support and beyond.

Too often, individuals grappling with pain encounter stigma, skepticism, and inadequate access to care. Why do we organise “Show me Your Pain Vol.III”?

Because pain awareness campaigns are instrumental in fostering understanding, empathy, and support for those affected by pain. By educating the public, destigmatizing pain, advocating for research and treatment, providing support networks, and promoting prevention and early intervention, these campaigns play a vital role in improving the quality of life for individuals living with pain. It’s essential to continue supporting and participating in these initiatives to create a more compassionate and pain-aware society.

„Show Me Your Pain Vol.III” este o fuziune între Artă și Știința Medicală pentru a evalua importanța comunicării în gestionarea durerii.

Într-o convergență revoluționară a artei și științei medicale, „Show Me Your Pain Vol.III” apare ca un eveniment esențial care redefinește peisajul managementului durerii. Această platformă inovatoare transcende metodele tradiționale prin valorificarea puterii expresive a artei pentru a spori comunicarea și înțelegerea durerii.

În centrul evenimentului este colaborarea dintre artiști și profesioniști din domeniul medical, favorizând o relație simbiotică în care creativitatea și rigoarea științifică se intersectează. Artiștii, desenând din perspectivele și mediile lor unice, traduc dimensiunile nuanțate ale durerii în forme vizuale. Prin picturi, ei vor surprinde aspectele viscerale, emoționale și psihologice ale durerii, care deseori elud descrierea verbală.

Simultan, experții medicali oferă informații despre mecanismele fiziologice și căile neurobiologice care stau la baza durerii. Utilizând tehnici avansate de imagistică, vom oferi participanților o privire asupra funcționării complicate a creierului în procesarea durerii. Atelierul va elucida cele mai recente rezultate ale cercetării, dând participanților abilități de cunoștințe pentru a naviga prin complexitățile managementului durerii.
