Associazione Agrado is looking for 3 Italian Participants (youth workers) for the Training Course "The whisper of the leaves" which will be held in Klaffer, Austria, from the 18th to the 25th of November.

The Training is on personal developement and self empowerment combining psychological and artistic tools and methods and the power of nature.
All in the frame of the Hero's journey!

From July 2nd to 9th, Hellenic Youth Participation welcomed 35 teenagers and 7 leaders from Fundacja Młodzi Dla Europy (Poland), Associazione Agrado - APS (Italy), Ayuntamiento de Majadas (Spain), Ocean Znanja u Republici Hrvatskoj (Croatia), YOPA - Fiatalok az Állampolgári Részvételért Közhasznú Egyesület (Hungary) and Ohrid Institute for Economic Strategies and International Affairs (North Macedonia) in Raches, Greece for our youth exchange "Game Changers - Combating Hate Speech in Sports"

The purpose of the exchange was to raise awareness of hate speech issues in sports and empower them to create their own actions to combat bullying and raise awareness about hate speech. During this week, we learned, played, laughed, cried, sang, danced, learned about other cultures, shared and coexisted while exploring ourselves and others.

"Game Changers - Combating Hate Speech in Sports" is co-funded by the European Union.

✨ Between the Lines – Writing the Unwritten Stories ✨

A week of stories before untold, of imperfection embraced… of inner children rediscovered in old photos. 💫

Participants from Italy, Portugal, Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, Lithuania, and North Macedonia journeyed together through:
🌱 Writing, theatre & artistic expression
👶 Metaphoric journeys & childhood memories
💬 Whispers, fragilities & resilience tools

Whispers became strength.
Fragilities became resilience.
Strangers became companions on the path.

A training course on autobiography as a tool of self-knowledge: emotional, impactful, and truly life-changing. 🌈

Thank you all — this is not an ending, but a step along the journey we share. 🌍✨
