🌍✨ International Meeting in Vinci! ✨🌍

From 11th to 17th April, Agrado will have the pleasure of hosting in Vinci the staff members of Fundacja Mudita (Poland) and Asociación Promesas (Spain) 🤝🇵🇱🇪🇸

This meeting is part of the Erasmus+ KA2 Project "Wellness Navigators", focused on 🧠💚 mental health and wellbeing.

👥 During these days, 9 staff members from the 3 partner organisations will:
🎨 Create illustrated cards on mental health – a creative and inspiring tool for young people
💡 Start developing webinars based on topics identified by local focus groups, such as:
• Emotional management
• Stress
• Wellbeing strategies

Si è concluso con successo il Midterm Meeting del progetto Erasmus+ KA220 “EUth Starter”!

Siamo felici di aver partecipato a questo importante momento di confronto e collaborazione insieme ai nostri partner: .empreendorismo .eu

Durante l’incontro abbiamo fatto il punto sui risultati raggiunti finora, condiviso buone pratiche e pianificato i prossimi passi del progetto, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare le competenze imprenditoriali dei giovani e promuovere nuove opportunità di partecipazione e crescita in Europa.

Un grazie speciale a tutti i partner per il lavoro di squadra, le idee e l’energia condivisa. Continuiamo a lavorare insieme per costruire nuove opportunità per i giovani in Europa!

The first step of the "Wellness Navigators" – Erasmus+ KA2 Project is underway! 🌊🧭

Associazione Agrado held its Focus Group on Mental Health bringing together around 20 young people aged 19–29 to share experiences, ideas, and perspectives.

👩‍🏫 The meeting was led by for Associazione Agrado, creating a safe and open space for dialogue.

💬 What did we explore?
🧠 Perceptions of mental health among young people
🛠️ Personal coping mechanisms
🤝 Practical exercises on connection and empathy
📝 A questionnaire that will help shape the next step of the project: creating webinars on key mental health topics

This session marks an important moment in the Erasmus+ Programme Wellness Navigators journey: listening to young voices to build meaningful and useful tools for youth wellbeing. 🌱

🧭 Have you ever felt like you were getting lost while navigating your emotions?
Don’t worry… you’re not the only one in this boat 🚣‍♂️

Today we introduce Wellness Navigators (WN), a European project that turns youth mental health into real action (no endless talks or sleepy PowerPoints).

🚀 What do we do?
✨ We train those who support young people to recognize and respond to emotional distress
🃏 We create practical tools (a series of video activities, webinars, card games...) backed by expert psychologists
💪 We strengthen the resilience of young people aged 13 to 25
🗣️ We break stigma by creating safe spaces to talk about mental health… like talking about the weather, but more useful

Milestone in our European project "EUth Starter", seeing cooperation among 5 organisations from 4 countries: Italy, Portugal, Austria and Bosnia Herzegovina.

Yesterday in Circolo Arci Ponterotto, one impirtant local step: it was presented the fanzine " I' bercio", created by the youth of Movimento Clara, supported by Arci Empolese Valdelsa - in the Incubator phase of our prohect.

Great result and a wonderful afternoon for youth creativity, cooperation, reflection and critical thinking!

Good luck for the newborn " I'bercio" for many new editions, and congratulations to all the staff for the huge work.
