to filming yoga on the beach at Portelet last summer 🧘‍♀️ ☀️ when I was 8 weeks pregnant! Time has flown...and now my little boy is 9 weeks old! I can’t wait to get back to some beachin yoga on this beautiful island.

My belly is definitely studio space for a mini yogi, feeling like they may be even practising acro yoga! 😆 which is more than I can do these days. To all my lovely yogis, I’ve decided to pause my teaching for a little while to take care of myself, bump and my PGP and focus on my own practise. I will be back in 2020! But if you need some restorative or yin with me, you can still catch my classes online with 💛
