Sam Bishop

Former decathlete Sam has worked with elite track & field athletes such as & gaining an invaluable insight into high-performance sport and rehabilitation.

With a special interest in running mechanics and sports performance, he developed a Runner’s Analysis Package to help athletes optimise their technique, prevent injuries, and improve efficiency.
