Vinyasa class: Tuesdays 18:15 - 19.30, Gervais Le Gros Centre

Come and stretch with this fluid and fun form of yoga. This beginner's vinyasa class will allow you time to discover the best alignment for your own body, while co-ordinating your breath to build quality, flowing movement patterns. A conscious body-mind practice suited to all, vinyasa is a moderately fast moving, creative yet simple class with plenty of modifications and optional challenges alike. Calm your central nervous system through the meditative qualities of this deeply relaxing practice which slowly and safely stretches the 'yin' tissues of the body (ligaments, bones, fascia and joints).

Yin Yoga *Limited Space*
Be guided through a series of floor postures that will release tension and increase flexibility. Slowly open and release tight hips and hamstrings while quieting the mind using simple observation of the breath. Leave feeling grounded, calm and deeply nourished. Students will need to bring along their own yoga mat and blanket. This course is led by Sara Pike.
