What can you do to improve your health this week here in our little Jersey?
Physical/ mental/ spiritual health - we can all tweak one little thing to improve any area of our health that we choose to.
We have the sea on our doorstep - we have beautiful spaces to walk in, fresh unpollluted air to breathe - and many free resources such as the library where we can recharge our minds.
