We are joining a campaign by Jersey businesses that is building a network of life-saving devices all across the Island.

We are very pleased to be partnering with the Jersey Heart Support Group to install a defibrillator outside our offices at St Paul's Gate in St Helier and we're grateful to Janet Davison of SOL First Aid Training Services for providing defibrillator training to our staff.

There are now more than 80 distinctive green and yellow cabinets containing Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs) around Jersey, including outside parish halls, Durrell Wildlife Conservation Trust, the Liberation Station and opposite the public entrance to the States Chamber.

Global managing partner Tim Pearce said: "We are pleased to get behind this excellent initiative that the Jersey Heart Support Group have led so successfully across the Island. Speed of access to the right equipment can be the difference between life and death, and we are glad to have joined the network of devices around Jersey."
