We are asking you to nominate a loved one, a Goddess in your life, who is truly deserving of a day filled with yoga, mindfulness and nourishment.

Not everyone can afford a yoga retreat day, or perhaps they rarely choose to put themselves first - constantly looking after everyone around them.. sound familiar?
This retreat day will provide them with the chance to switch off from the outside world and tune in to themselves 💫💕🙏

Thank you to the beautiful souls who joined our yoga retreat last weekend. It was an honour to hold space for you, a day dedicated to slowing down in recognition of the Autumn Equinox, where Mother Nature herself begins to wind down after a busy summer, and encourages us to do the same as the nights draw in... 🍂🌕✨
Filled with nourishment for both the mind and body, a day dedicated to slowing down and reflecting inward, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed hosting you 🙏🥰 🧘‍♀️ 💕
