It’s a wrap 2024 💫✨🌟 Thank you to everyone who has supported my business this year, clients old and new, you absolutely rock and I’m so lucky to have such wonderful humans walk through this door and take time for themselves. Great skin starts from within..

Taking back to basics here but sometimes we all need a little reminder, below are some (the list could go on a lot longer) of my ways to improve the skin from the inside out

Gut Love ~ having a healthy gut is vital for our health including your skin, plenty of veggies fruits local and organic if possible, mixing the variety regularly and adding in fermented foods 🫐🫚🫛

Cut out processed sugar 🍩 ~ one of the worst culprits.. specially if your suffering with break outs, redness, sensitive skin, acne

Hyrdration 💦 sounds simple but most of us are dehydrated. I love to add things to my water (filtered or spring water ) sea salt, molecular hydrogen (great for inflammation) minerals or electrolytes, herbal teas ( green is so great for the skin and I love adding spices like cardamom and fennel, ghee , and let’s not forget hydrating foods 🍉🥒

Movement 🤸🏽‍♀️
Move the body, move the skin, the muscles the lymph, get it all moving, sweat, this is the key to glowing skin. Stagnation in all its forms is not our friend!

Sleep
Make it a priority, this is when the body’s heals. We want enough REM and deep sleep. Your skin will thank you for it ☁️☁️

The snow last week ❄️ so rare for Jersey!

Slowly and mindfully coming out of my digital break which has been a beautiful way to see in 2024. Getting clear about intentions and goals for the year ahead, devoting myself to a morning practise which includes card reading, meditation, stretching and journaling ( sometimes all sometimes just a couple of those depending on how I’m feeling ) . Letting my creativity and inspiration flow without the distraction or influence of social media has been a blessing that we all need sometimes. With that being said I will be navigating this space very intentionally going forward, wishing you all so much love and see you in the studio 💆🏽‍♀️ 🦋🪶✨

These include organic facials, body treatments, massage, reflexology, luxurious manicures and pedicures and waxing. Daisy is the creator, as well as, the main therapist and has 15 years experience within the beauty/spa industry and has a passion for “green” beauty treatments specialising in organic facials and massage. She has worked in a number of salons and spas and is excited to have a space she can call her own.

As well as the therapies, Daisy, also sells her perfumery goods including her elegant candle brand, Kota Candles. Daisy’s aim is to apply all that she has learnt over the years within all of her treatments for your benefit. The treatments are carried out in the most holistic way possible with care to her clients needs and tailoring her treatments so suit each person individually with experience and trust.
