Thank you for your kind wishes and to everyone who has stopped by today. St.John is a parish full of wonderful people, making it such a great place to work!

The apprenticeship was hard work, as you can see, but I know plenty more lies ahead! Jim will be a hard act to follow and my deepest thanks to him for giving me an opportunity to carry forward with the business he has built into what it is today. With the loyal customers I have had the pleasure of getting to know over recent years, I am sure it will continue to be resilient in the face of what can reservedly be referred to as ‘challenging times’.

I wish Jim a well deserved retirement but will of course be calling on him to parachute in to cover a few days off and the odd holiday. Needless to say, provided there is no diary clash with Leeds matches!

CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP.

I'm very pleased to be able to hand over St John's Pharmacy to Brian who has now served his apprenticeship!
It will be very much business as usual and I'd like to wish him all the best trading in an increasingly difficult environment.

Thank you so much to all those that have supported the pharmacy during the many years that I have been responsible for the running of it and I hope that Brian can continue to rely on the counter trade and dispensing of prescriptions that has kept the pharmacy profitable.
