We are sorry to report there is a glitch with our texting service, so you may not be receiving our messages letting you know when your prescriptions are ready for collection.
We have identified that this fault only affects customers whose service provider is Jersey Telecoms.
We have raised this with our service provider and they are in consultation with JT, so let’s hope for an early resolution to this problem😊
In the interim, if this affects you, please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused by the loss of pharmacy texting service.
