🌸World Menopause Day 2025 — You Are Not Alone
Today, on World Menopause Day (18 October), I want to reach out to anyone navigating perimenopause or menopause and not feeling like yourself.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, low, anxious, suffering with sleep problems, fatigue, brain fog and poor memory. Or struggling with night sweats or hot flashes, dizzy spells, or dealing with irregular or heavy periods — I see you and I have been there myself. You are not alone, and it’s important to seek support.
