Looking for your next step in care? Ready to balance hands-on client work with the chance to lead and support others? This could be the role for you.

At CI Home Care, we’re known for our warm, person-centred approach to care across the full care-continuum – from a few hours a week to 24/7 support. We’re expanding our team and are on the lookout for a capable, caring and organised Care Coordinator/Senior Carer to help ensure the smooth running of care delivery – and to support our wonderful team of Health Care Assistants.
This is a varied and rewarding role, perfect for someone who thrives on both structure and people time.

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing:
This hybrid role combines office-based scheduling with direct care work and supervisory responsibilities:
Supporting with scheduling and rota planning (you’ll get full training on our digital care system)
Stepping in for frontline care visits when needed – you’ll know our clients well and they’ll know you
Conducting spot checks, supervisions, and competency assessments for our Carers
Helping to onboard and support new Carers through shadowing and mentoring
Liaising with Care Managers and families to keep things running smoothly
Maintaining accurate records in line with the Jersey Care Commission’s standards

✅ What We’re Looking For:
We’re after someone with a solid foundation in care – and a genuine passion for helping others thrive:
Level 3 RQF (or equivalent) in Health and Social Care – essential
At least 2 years’ experience in a care-based role, ideally with some team leadership or mentoring
Confident computer skills – we use a digital care planning and scheduling system
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A flexible and positive attitude – this role is as much about people as it is about process!
A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
