Hi Guys, I hope you are all in great spirits! I'd like to inform you that I'm leaving the island at the end of May. I've met an absolutely amazing woman, got engaged and would like to live with her.

I really like Jersey and people living here but I see there are more opportunities for me off the island. Although it is difficult decision I feel it is the right one. I will be missing you all 🤗

Below are the dates for the last sound baths at the Bridge:
- 21.03 Saturday 19:30
- 11.04 Saturday 18:30
- 02.05 Saturday 19:30
- 24.05 Sunday 19:30

Last week I had a pleasure to do a sound session together with Russ Alchin "Evolved human" who conducted during a session a Wim Hof breathing technique, followed by ice bath. It was an amazing experience. Participants loved it 😀
Tickets were sold out within a day!

I was invited to do a session for Fairway Group as a part of wellbeing session. Participants were satisfied with the session. I'm really happy that above company organises lots of different activities for their employees. It shows that Fairway Group really cares for the staff.

I was invited for the Garden Club's event at RJA&HS to do an opening with the gong a few weeks ago. The event was organised by McGovern. I feel honored to have been there😊

The event was a huge success. Absolutely amazing! 😀 There were lots of amazing speakers sharing practical knowledge about healthy lifestyle.

Thank you again McGovern for organising the event. For creating a space of joy, peace and love. For creating a community where people can learn unique skills and help each another🙏

Are you interested in a sunset sound bath on Saturday 24 May on one of La Croix Regeneration Centre’s wildflower long grass grazing meadows in Trinity? They are finalists in the 2025 Conservation Awards and we’ve collaborated before.

We were often asked if people could stay and sleep under the stars (or canvas) after the soundbath. This time you can!

Sat 24 May: Set up tents from 5pm and BYO picnic. Sound bath start 7:30pm. Fall asleep to the sound of bhajans on the guitar.
Sunday 25 May brunch with La Croix’s famous organic heritage eggs cooked on an open fire. Tents packed up and leave by 12 noon. The chance of a wander round the farm and meeting the organic Jerseys and heritage poultry.

Please note: Portaloo facility only, no showers.
We're hoping to add yoga on Sunday morning - for now we’re gauging interest as it’s only two weeks away! Please reply asap if you’d like to join 🙂

Sound baths are very popular. Majority of the sessions which I run are fully booked in advance.
There are only a couple of places left for next sound bath 30.03 Sunday. Who would like to join in? 😀

Thank you Highlands College for inviting me to do a sound bath at your premises. It was an amazing experience. It's nice to work for the employer who cares about well being of their employees and create such beautiful activities 😊

Staff well-being is a priority to us at Highlands College and with that in mind, colleagues attended a sound bath workshop with the brilliant Tom Nalichowski from Sound Therapy Jersey 🎵🧘

There was definitely some heavy breathing / borderline snoring going on… but we won’t name names! 😅
