All our services are free and can currently be accessed by visiting us at our address or contacting us to book an appointment time.

⏰ Saturday March 28th - 2-4pm Join us for a *free Modern Languages Gala at the Arts Centre:
*no cost involved - please book your place via us by Friday 20th March
The service is for anyone aged 18 or over who provides care or support to someone living with mental health difficulties.

🎤 Modern Languages Gala - Jersey Arts Centre
Join us for a celebration of some of the many languages spoken in our Island home.
The Jersey Eisteddfod Modern Languages Gala will feature outstanding and entertaining performances ranging from recitations to song.
This is your opportunity to experience the highlights of the 2026 competitions in a relaxed atmosphere of an entertaining afternoon.

📣 We are Hiring! Do you have lived experience of mental health difficulties and recovery?

🤝Would you like to use your experiences to help others within a supportive and innovative service? If so, we want to hear from you!

👋We are looking to welcome a new member to our peer team. The peer support approach is based on the principle that people who have lived through and coped with significant challenges as a result of mental health problems in their own lives are well equipped to help others having similar experiences.

🔑The Listening Lounge is open 10am-8pm Monday-Saturday and offers peer support, information & signposting, counselling and group activities to adults aged 18 years and over. As a peer worker, you will predominantly meet with visitors on a 121 basis at our drop-in centre in Ste Helier.

👉How To Self Refer for Counselling | No cost involved

💻You're able to self-refer to our counselling service by completing a short form (follow the link). We then arrange an initial assessment for you with one of our counselling team. (You can select on the form how you would prefer for us to contact you) 📞

⏰ Following this, if we are an appropriate service to support you, you can meet with your counsellor on an individual basis, usually at weekly intervals for up to 16 sessions.

📍 If an alternative service will be best placed to support you, your counsellor will discuss these options with you. We're able to refer to several other services. You can also use our informal service at any time by calling or visiting us Mon-Sat 10am-8pm.

👍Social Security will be holding a session from Union Street from 10:30 - 12:00 for an informal group gathering, where questions can be asked regarding the following:
