• Advanced DBS check (required)
• Strong leadership & organisational skills
• A caring, professional, and compliant approach

Aurum Home Care was proudly founded by mother and daughter duo Lynda and Lucy-Anne Febers, inspired by the same compassion, dedication and family values that mothers bring into the world every day. Those values continue to shape the care and support we provide to our community.

Another beautiful moment in the Jersey sunshine. ☀️

One of our lovely clients recently headed out for a stroll along the stunning headland with their Aurum Home Care companion. With fresh sea air, incredible coastal views, and plenty of time for conversation, it was the perfect reminder of how special simple moments can be.

These one-to-one outings are such an important part of what we do — supporting our clients to stay active, connected to the community, and able to enjoy the beautiful island we’re lucky to call home.

Because great care isn’t just about support — it’s about companionship, shared moments, and making every day meaningful.
