The summer sunshine has arrived 🌞 and the team at Aurum Home Care have the following advice to help islanders enjoy it safely!

So. here are our top three tips to stay cool and well in the warm weather:

💧 Stay hydrated – Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
🧢 Keep covered – Wear a hat, light clothing, and use sunscreen to protect your skin.
🏠 Avoid peak heat – Try to stay indoors or in the shade between 11am–3pm when the sun is strongest.

At Aurum Home Care, we know that as our clients’ needs change, the way we support them must evolve too.
