WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
➡️ Entitled or Entitled to Work Status (Min. 5 Years Residency). For the right candidate we have one permission for a licensed individual.
➡️ Previous experience in the role is required. A Level 2 or 3 qualification in Health and Social Care or similar is preferable but not essential. For the Registered Manager role, a minimum of Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is required and we have a Level 5 on hold ready for you to start if needed. Previous experience is essential.
➡️ Satisfactory DBS and references.
➡️ A clean driving license and vehicle.

"I feel like I am a human being again." ✨

Hearing these words from a client brought a flood of emotions. On one hand, immense gratitude for the incredible team and service we’ve poured our hearts into building. On the other, a deep sadness that this person had previously been made to feel less than human in their previous care experiences. 💔

At The Care Collective, we focus not just on the immediate needs of our clients, but we also go that extra mile to ensure their emotional and “human” needs are met. Studies show that mental wellbeing directly impacts physical health, and we believe it’s our duty to care for the whole person — not just their medical conditions.

One of our core values is to deliver a level of care that we’d want for our own families. We aim to create a sense of belonging, making our clients and team feel like they’re part of a larger, caring community and family. Although this isn’t something easily measured by data, feedback like this is a powerful reminder that we’re achieving what truly matters.
