What a gorgeous day! It's lovely to see the sheer joy of people walking their dogs enjoying the sea and the sunshine! Even cyclists kept to their own path! The first week of British Summer Time and today winter felt a distant memory.
Forecast is good for this week - get outside, feel the warmth of the sun and take time for yourself.

You may have noticed I have been a bit quiet recently.
It has been a challenging few weeks where I have experienced my own doubts, insecurities, and choice points.
Happily, I am now getting back on track and recognising that I was displaying all the signs of burnout.
Over the next couple of weeks, I shall be looking at burnout and sharing with you just how this can affect anyone. The normalisation of burnout is important to acknowledge as well as recognition, prevention, and moving forward from it.
