Self care & self love special Saturday between New Moon and Solstice 🥰 ❄️

Had a beautiful breathwork workshop with amazing and other special ladies this morning 🌅 So powerful, extra letting go certainly occurred. Feeling so grounded and in my body 🧘‍♂️

Followed by:

Nourishing homemade Malaysian laksa soup for lunch 🍜

Windy but beautiful walk across sand dunes to the seaside 🌊

And now I’ve dusted off my glorious vintage Japanese tea set for this lush lose tea 🫖

Christmas presie wrapping shortly with essential oils diffused and Christmas lights on 🎄

And some more journaling and my new fave book Living Ta**ra reading tonight 📕

Blessed and I need more nurturing days for self like this for sure in 2026 💯 🌹🫶🏻

Have the most intentional last new moon of this big year 2025, dear ones 🤗 🌑 DREAM BIG ✨😍It is aligned with 27 degrees of Sagittarius as well, the galactic centre wow 🤩 ♐️
