Hello lovely people 💕
On Friday morning Club Carrefour are holding a MacMillan morning
All classes are open to members and non-members, free of charge (if anyone would like to make a donation that would obviously be amazing!)
I will - as always - be taking a yoga flow class at 8am but there are lots of different sessions to chose from as below
If you would like to come along just call the reception on 865555 or head to the website and look for Club Classes (not the Metro timetable) to sign up
Such a deserving charity - I would love to see you there - PLUS there will be lots of cofffee and CAKE on offer - and believe me those ladies can bake 🧁
