Postpartum Barre & Pilates Course
Get your body moving at the barre with a perfect combo of fitness, fun, and baby cuddles!
Join Lucy (postnatal trained instructor) in this post Partum course, designed to help regain strength, flexibility, and core stability in a safe and supportive environment.
Expect to focus on small, repetitive movements to improve muscle endurance, tone and posture whilst you move with baby through exercises that will help rebuild from within.
No barre/pilates experience neededβjust bring your baby, a sling/carrier and letβs lift, stretch, and move together!

ππ½ post 6 wk check - up until crawling
ππ½ all exercise equipment provided, please bring a sling/carrier
