The Association of Systematic Kinesiology (ASK) was formed in 1988 and in August 2019 we changed our name to the Kinesiology Association (KA). The foundations originated in the USA and was called Touch for Health – which was the layperson’s equivalent to ICAK. Touch for Health method of kinesiology was brought to the UK and developed into the practice of Systematic Kinesiology which is safe and easy to understand, so that lay people could learn the techniques and use this amazing therapy to help themselves as well as family, friends and clients. Through the use of muscle testing, the use of kinesiology identifies areas of imbalance in the body, finds the realms which are relevant (structural, biochemical, emotional and energetic) and works towards achieving health goals by creating overall balance.
