It's Mental Health Awareness Week.

The theme this year is Action. Which we like, because awareness on its own doesn't do much.

Our team takes action every day. Quietly, without posting about it. Sitting with someone. Listening properly and turning up again, tomorrow and the next day.

This is what care looks like.

This is what care looks like. ☀️

Here's Seb and his client, making the most of a sunny afternoon on the beach.

The little moments matter just as much as the big ones. Whether it's a walk along the seafront or a chat over a cuppa, our team shows up for both.

Meet Schizan!

Schizan is the operational backbone of Lifeline Care Group, expertly managing rotas, staff coordination, and HR responsibilities to ensure services run safely and smoothly around the clock.

Hard-working, reliable, and always ready with a smile (and a laugh), Schizan brings humanity into every part of her job. And yes... she’ll happily enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine when the rotas are finished! :)

From support worker to centre stage! 🎭

Our CEO, Michael Kirkwood, and our Managing Director, Elizabeth De La Haye, swapped the office for the theatre to watch Footloose the Musical to support one of our own 😃

By day, Emily Lawrence is one of our brilliant Support Workers. By night, she was up on stage, absolutely owning it!

We’ve definitely got a team that brings a bit more than just turning up…. 💪
