Align Me Pilates Private and small group classes for all abilities Align Me Pilates offers a bespoke service by a highly trained Pilates practitioner in the industry.

Who also has specialist training in both pre and post-natal pilates exercise and Pilates for Common Orthopedic Conditions. Pilates is a safe and effective method of exercise. It is a low impact way of stretching, strengthening and streamlining the body. Whilst it's great for developing optimal strength, flexibility, posture and correcting muscular imbalance without stressing the joints. In addition, reducing level of stress by harmoniously coordinating breathing, balance and alignment.

Relieve your aches, pains and stiffness by strengthening your core, balance and coordination.

Pilates increases muscle strength and tone, particularly of your abdominal muscles, lower back, hips, buttocks ('core muscles') and balances muscular strength on both sides of your body. Also, enhances the muscular control of your back, limbs and improves stabilisation of your spine.
