Join Kinga and Carol for a gently guided, multi-layered experience designed to support deep relaxation, soul remembering, and energetic realignment beyond stories, identities, and conditioned programs.

The evening will begin with a sound bath, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body to release tension. The frequencies and tones will create a receptive inner space, preparing participants to move out of mental activity and into embodied presence.

From this state of openness, the experience will flow into Remembering the Original Blueprint of your soul—a guided meditation that invites awareness beyond timelines, narratives, and learned patterns. Rather than working through personal stories, this portion will support a quiet reconnection with your original essence, gifts, and potential through resonance and inner recognition.

The experience will conclude with Light Language, offered by Carol and Kinga together. This shared transmission will support integration of the blueprint remembrance, allowing the frequencies to anchor gently within the body and energy field. No understanding is required, you are invited simply to receive and rest.

Kirtan is the sublime practice of chanting mantras to reconnect with our innate blissful nature, so unlock your throat chakra and open your heart as we join together in chanting and singing mantras. Access and activate your bliss (ananda) that resides within.

Join me for a Group Voice and Sound Healing Session on Thursday 13th June at 6:30 pm, via Zoom.

The theme and intention for this healing session will be RECONNECTION.

This approx 2 hour session might include a chat, short meditation and 1 hour of voice and sound healing. Places are limited to a maximum of 10 people.

All you will need is a computer/laptop/phone with a Zoom app and preferably somewhere comfortable to lie after our initial chat.

The full price is £26 per person but a sliding scale fee is also available starting at £17 (you can choose the amount you wish to pay).
