What a lovely way to spend the afternoon with these beautiful people! Yoga on the deck overlooking the sea (until a shower sent us inside!)A raffle prize donated to the amazing team . Pepper the cat joined in too. Bliss! 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️😘

What a week it’s been!
Seriously grateful to everyone for their birthday gifts, cards and wishes. 🎁
The big 6️⃣0️⃣ not so shabby!
Completely overwhelmed and exhausted after a week at Glastonbury and definitely feeling my age now! 😅
Classes re-start Thursday after, well..a break but definitely not a rest!
We’ll be taking it easy!

The last few spaces in the next 11 week block of classes in my lovely, dedicated yoga studio at The Ommaroo Hotel in Havre des Pas are now available to book.
Classes begin Thursday 3rd July.
There are eight Hatha style classes to choose from every week, all supportive, fun and suitable for every BODY, regardless of age or ability!
A coffee and a dip in The Lido after class are always an option. ☕️ 🏊‍♀️

I’m currently sat on a train from Oslo to Stockholm but thanks to free wifi I’m still taking bookings!

Don’t forget everyone, classes are on pause this week as I’m off to Sardinia!
Classes re-start Monday 30th September when the lovely Liz will be taking the 9.30am and 6.00pm and I’ll be back on the mat Tuesday 1st October. 🙏🧘🏻‍♀️😘
