Reading the lovely 5 star reviews from our members, 1:1 clients and class attendees makes us very happy and we're so grateful to each and every person who takes the time to write a short review, leave a 5🌟 rating or drop us an email.

But this isn't just about us.... every review helps prospective members decide whether they'd like to become a member or a client too.

Please be aware that some of our regular classes are cancelled during the Christmas holidays, but others are running as usual.

Trekking in the Himalayas might not be your thing, but we’d love to know what your ultimate health and fitness dream might be in 2026?

To enter our free competition, all you need to do is:

Competition open from Wednesday 10 December and closes at 12pm (GMT) on Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24 December.

The prize is a three month silver (gym-only) membership at Healthhaus and is only available to residents of Jersey, Channel Islands who are aged over 18.

The winner will be selected randomly after 1pm on Christmas Eve and will be announced on Instagram and Facebook Stories and contacted via social media DM between 2pm and 8pm (GMT). The 3 month membership must be started by 31 May 2026 and must be taken as one three-month block.

Whether you're looking to try something new during 2026, or simply want to keep up your regular training schedule, here is our Equipment Pilates class timetable for the festive season.

Equipment Pilates classes will continue on Tuesdays at 6:30pm with Magda and Fridays at 10:30am with Henrietta until Friday 19 December (inclusive).

There will be no Equipment Pilates classes on Tuesday 23 and Friday 26 December.

The next scheduled classes will be on Tuesday 30 December at 6:30pm with Magda and Friday 2 January at 10:30am with Henrietta.

If you'd love to try this class in the new year, please get in touch with our instructors via email: pilates@healthhaus.co.uk for more information, prices and booking.

Gift vouchers are also available for 1:1 Equipment Pilates if you're looking for the perfect gift for a loved one this Christmas (or any time of year!).
