One of our favourite collabs to start the year, supporting Jersey Tri Club 🏊‍♂️🚴‍♀️🏃

We had great fun putting on a 'Power Hour' for all members, where they could blast all their nutrition questions at us 🚀 whilst also learning about key bike maintenance, puncture repair, wheel changes and more with Big Maggys Coffee & Bike Shop. 🚴‍♀️

It was lovely to see all the club members 🤝

We’ve had the pleasure of popping over to Guernsey to work with Guernsey Swimming Club - talking all things food and fuelling for their squads.

Thank you to True Food for giving all our competitive squads a talk about Nutrition.
The turnout was amazing and we hope many facts were learnt and would be put into practice.

Good times in 100health today! We love catching up with Sean and his lovely team

We had some great chats with those topping up their sports foods and supplements

And also helped stack some shelves after a surprise 2nd pallet arrived, it was all hands on deck before the storm!
