The Bowen Technique can balance and stimulate - the restorative process begins once the body is relaxed. While Bowen has a sports background, it is used by clients of all ages and with numerous conditions. Craniosacral therapy uses the light touch of the therapist to encourage the body to gently heal itself. The therapist will focus on the subtle rhythmic motions which reflect the movement of the cerebrospinal fluids around the brain and spine. A therapist can use it to facilitate a deep healing process. The treatment is aimed at providing a release of membrane and soft tissue restrictions and to establish a balanced rhythm. Craniosacral Therapy is profoundly calming. It pervades the whole person, physically, mentally and emotionally. It is soothing comforting and pleasant, creating a sense of ease, calmness and well being.
