Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to specialise further in tissue viability? We’re looking for a Tissue Viability Practitioner to join our supportive and forward-thinking team at FNHC.
In this hands-on clinical role, you’ll work closely with our Tissue Viability Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) to deliver expert care in the prevention and management of wounds, pressure ulcers, and skin integrity issues.
You’ll collaborate across adult and children’s services, as well as with community partners including GP practices, care homes, and agencies—making a real difference to patient outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:
✔ Deliver specialist wound care and support complex case management
✔ Contribute to Pressure Ulcer Root Cause Analysis (PURCA) panels
✔ Support Leg Lounge services and complex wound clinics
✔ Provide clinical advice and support to multidisciplinary teams
✔ Manage compression garment requests and orders

What we’re looking for:
🔹 Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
🔹 District Nursing Specialist Practice Qualification (DNSPQ) or equivalent
🔹 Working towards (or holding) a Master’s in a specialist area
🔹 Working towards (or holding) Independent Prescribing (V300)
