Today is Su***de Prevention Day – a moment to talk, reflect and raise awareness around something that affects so many, yet is often so hard to speak about.

We’re proud to support CALM and the vital work they do helping anyone struggling with life find hope and a reason to stay. CALM’s helpline 0800 58 58 58 - open 5pm - Midnight every day - is for you if you’re struggling with suicidal thoughts, are worried about someone who may be suicidal, or have lost someone to su***de.

This week, Shirley Ballas shares something honest and hopeful – a short video about her personal connection to CALM and how the pod supports her wellbeing.

It starts raining and all of a sudden… you really miss your hotpod membership 🔥

It’s that time! Here’s a recap of our membership plans

- Complete Membership : Unlimited classes, flexible cancellations and some pod perks! £100 a month

- Regular Membership : 10 classes a month, giving you 2 a week and 2 to play with. £80 a month

- Mini Membership : 1 class a week for £40 a month

We are flexible! All memberships are monthly rolling but cancel anytime and no minimum commitment.

Commitment Phobe? That’s ok - we’ve got class pass packages for you to check out too!

is stepping out of the pod whilst she settles into her new role as a full time foodie! She won’t be far … you’ll see her right next door smashing out the Açaí bowls and in the pod still, but on the mat next to you instead, giving her teaching voice a little rest

Sunday 24th August 9am & 10;30am flows
