✨ I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes preparing and getting excited for the very first Unity Alignment Posture Clinic, starting next weekend.
Posture is about so much more than simply “standing up straight.” The way we hold and align our body affects how we move, breathe, feel, and function every single day. 🙌
Improving posture can help:
✨ Reduce neck, shoulder, and back tension
✨ Improve breathing and core activation
✨ Enhance balance, mobility, and body awareness
✨ Support spinal health and alignment
✨ Increase confidence and energy levels
✨ Improve movement efficiency in everyday life and exercise
This clinic will combine Pilates based movement, alignment education, mobility work, breathing techniques, and postural awareness to help people better understand their bodies and move with greater ease, strength, and confidence.
