Become a PT, on Island, in just 10 weeks! I have been lucky enough to have had numerous roles in Education and in the Fitness Industry, which led to me to start the Professional Fitness Academy 2016. I am a qualified teacher & PT and we are currently the only Fitness Qualification Provider on Island. The Academy also work with leading local and visiting off Island fitness professionals to provide you with the opportunity to become qualified for the Fitness Industry in other fields including Sports Massage and Yoga. Our courses are certified through YMCA Awards (formerly CYQ) Qualifications. YMCA Awards are a leading qualification provider to the fitness industry and their qualifications are globally recognised. Make sure the qualification is worth the paper it’s written on!

On successful completion of our courses you will hold a GLOBALLY RECOGNISED QUALIFICATION. Some graduates have used their qualifications to coach in Thailand, the French Alps, USA and Australia.

Our courses are certified through YMCA Awards. The UK’s leading provider to the fitness industry. YMCA Awards are regulated by Ofqual; the authority which regulates and accredits British examination boards.

YMCA Awards also partner the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity (CIMSPA). Furthermore, YMCA Awards are the first CIMSPA awarding organisation partner, to complete the CIMSPA endorsement process against new sector professional standards for a fitness qualification. The qualifications include the L2 & L3 course we deliver.

Meaning our courses have an EDUCATIONAL and INDUSTRY stamp of approval.
