Fundamentals and Advanced courses.

Dates: Saturday 31st May & Sunday 1st June.

It’s been great to work with Alex the past few months and see the hard work pay off with a fantastic practical assessment, as well as an impressive pass in his Anatomy and Physiology exam.

It’s only half time though for Alex, as we start the L3 PT aspect of the course next year!

It was fantastic to get a glimpse of the Airport Fire Station today.

It was a pleasure to work with Phil whose certificate was dropped off today. Whilst we are also currently working with , who is close to completing his L2 Fitness Instructing Qualification. Then in the New Year we are hopeful that Ross and Jamie will enroll on the L3 PT Diploma together.

The Airport crews who are fighting fit already, can look forward to some challenging, varied and fun yet challenging fitness sessions up at the airport.
