We're excited to welcome Nicola The Infant Feeding Coach to our Studio for a free drop-in clinic on Tuesday 5th August, 10am–11:30am.

In celebration of World Breastfeeding Week, we’re opening the doors to support, guidance, and honest conversation. Whether you’re breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, weaning, or simply figuring it all out, Nicola is here for you.

As a FEDANT-accredited Breastfeeding Counsellor, Infant Feeding Coach, and trained Debrief Facilitator, she offers expert support with a whole lot of empathy.

Shoutout to the amazing Trudi Pilates Kelly at Eve Studios for putting our very own Lynda Febers and Lucy-Anne Febers — the dynamic mother-and-daughter duo behind Aurum Home Care — through their paces as part of a twelve-week fitness programme! 💪✨

Running a growing business takes stamina, focus, and resilience — and thanks to Trudi’s expert coaching, these two are stronger, fitter, and more energised than ever. It’s been fantastic to watch them rise to the challenge together!

We believe in supporting well-being both in the workplace and beyond, and this has been a brilliant reminder of what’s possible when women support women.
