I believe Yoga should be accessible and achievable at any age, from all backgrounds and walks of life.

We had such a wonderful time last week connecting, learning and breathing together last week through our practice - plus having a little giggle as everyone’s heads popped up in the grass!

Same again this week, and every Thursday evening through August.

6-7pm, Bird Song garden in St Mary.
Free, although donations to the community garden are welcome.
Bring a mat 🥰

Oh hey there! It's been a long while since posting here, but I am happy to say that I had a fantastic time traveling in New Zealand and Vietnam over the winter months.
I am now back on the rock and keen to get going with some yoga classes again soon.
Hoping to start again with both adult and (fingers crossed) some kids' classes too. With this spring weather, it also doesn't feel like summer is too far away - outdoor classes to come in the summer months.
Hope to see some of you this year!

Thank you to all those who have come along this summer to yoga in the park, I have loved it 🥰

Due to family birthdays and other summer festivities, there will be no yoga this Thursday or next.

Check out for lots of other lovely classes you can do throughout the rest of August.
