At Mission Care Senior Living Nursing Home, every day is a privilege we cherish, not just for us, but most importantly, for our residents. Each moment we spend with them is an opportunity to enrich their lives, create memories, and offer them the care, respect, and warmth they deserve. It’s about more than just providing a care service, it’s about building a community where everyone feels valued, loved, and at home.

The poem was written by the home manager, with great sentiment. It’s a beautiful reflection of the joy and experience shared. Precious memories we hold so dear, these times brings to light the very essence of what makes Mission Care Senior Living Nursing Home so special.

Residents and staff are planning their Easter activities, and wants to share some insights on whats on the table to celebrate this Holy season, one residents wants to bake a cake , another to read the bible, another resident say when the time comes he will decide and he might go to church. We invite families and friends to come along and be apart of this special event.

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men.

Prostate cancer usually develops slowly, so there may be no signs for many years.

However, the chances of developing prostate cancer increase as you get older. Most cases develop in men aged 50 or older and prostate cancer is more common in black men.

If something in your body doesn’t feel right, contact your GP or doctor , or find more information on prostate cancer.

Activities for resident are flexible, this helps to improve mood , cognitive function and social connections. At Mission Care home the atmosphere is relaxing, residents can enjoy a variety of activities and lifestyles that suits their preferences by gazing on the mountains , looking on the vehicles driving pass, waving at the school children, this brightens their mood and capture a smile on their faces, this promotes healing , stabilise mood swings, comfort and relaxation.
