Responsibilities (Summary):
Recruit, screen & onboard caregivers
Manage staff scheduling & client bookings
Support payroll & reporting
Ensure excellent client communication & service
Qualifications:
Degree in Healthcare/Admin/Business (preferred)
Experience in staffing/coordination
Strong organizational & communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office & scheduling software
