For those who know me personally, you know how much “a natural lifestyle ” means to me and that encompasses health & wellness, fitness ( more so in the last two years) reading every ingredient on almost everything, and some of you love to call me out on it! 😂 but thats a part of what makes me, me.
A few years ago I was experiencing some skin issues and after trying all the regular topical ointments etc and realizing nothing was working I took things into my own hands.
I Changed my diet, started exploring natural herbs in the forms of medicine and creating herbal tinctures, balms and fell in love with the whole process. I immersed myself in books like “Herbal Medicine - from the heart of the earth” by Sharon Marie Tilgner and did a certification class in making natural skin care and remedies.

I liked knowing what was in the things that were going into my body and on my body.

• In Jamaica there’s a saying “prevention better than cure”

I created a body scrub and started using different oils and what would you know, those spots on my tummy started to disappear.. Of course I started using my family and friends as “guinea pigs”.

It became a consensus that everything I made was a hit.
I was eager to create and share more, but wanted to create something that was authentic and true to my culture, but also a brand that highlights the importance of self care in its entirety. Not just a product, but an unforgettable experience. A moment in time that takes you away from the chaos, a moment of peace, a moment in Paradise.

Born and raised in what I consider Paradise, I drew my inspiration from my home Jamaica. Being so deeply rooted in nature and culture, it afforded me the tools and the know how to combine the best natural ingredients to formulate amazing skin care products for your entire body. So, Paradise Child was born .
Paradise isn’t just a place to me now, it’s a feeling too.

Utterly frustrated with your skin? Tired of the countless products youv'e tried? Still not completely satisfied with your natural skin?

I’ve been there. I didn't have a bad skin care routine, but something was still off. I knew that deep down my skin didn't look as healthy as I knew it could, so I felt like I was doing myself and my skin an injustice. I thought about all the different products I used and tried to note any common factors/ingredients in them. Then a light bulb went off! All of these products were chemically formulated and after checking the ingredients they were essentially wreaking havoc on my skin!
