This video was filmed as a joke 😂
I ended up having to do a surgery for my ankle about 2 weeks ago…
Most times, I’m doing well 😊 The worst of it is over. Sometimes, I do feel like I just wanna be free to walk and go outside but I know this is just a season. And it’s been a restful time at home. My journey to walking unassisted one day continues 😌
Hope you had a good laugh out of it like we did! 😅

We’ve all had a headache at least once in our lifetime before but some of us get them more frequently than others. Persons may suffer in silence because it’s “just a likkle headache”; not knowing that they can be pain-free!
In this episode, I’ll be talking about my journey with 𝕄𝕚𝕘𝕣𝕒𝕚𝕟𝕖𝕤 😣
A migraine is a medical condition that involves severe, recurrent headaches. An attack can last for long periods of time and persons usually have other symptoms along with it such as: nausea, vomiting, light and sound sensitivity.
If you or a loved one are experiencing headaches that are constant or new and would like to discuss it further, make an appointment to see me in my office. I’d be happy to help you to be pain-free 😊

As Child’s Month comes to an end here in JA, I thought that it would be fun to do a “Question + Answer” segment with some spectacular children! 🥳
Thanks to these amazing kiddos who did a wonderful job answering the questions! 😃 (and their awesome parents @ck.gayle & @kathyleondvm 😄)

April - National Asthma & Allergy Awareness Month
Asthma is a condition that affects the lungs. Basically, a “trigger” causes the air passages to narrow and the muscles of the small airways to tighten within the lungs.
This will cause symptoms such as: cough, wheezing, shortness of breath and chest tightness.
Triggers vary from person to person. These include:
- a cold/flu
- exercise
- dust
- smoke
- fumes
- changes in weather
- animal dander
- strongly scented soaps, perfumes or colognes
