Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome (PFPS)
characterized by pain at the front of one or behind the kneecap.
Pain is activity related and mostly occurs when climbing stairs, prolonged kneeling, goig from sitting to standing, running jumping or squatting.

Two main causes:
🛑OVERUSE: Vigorous activities that puts stress on the knees. Prolonged exercise or sudden change in exercise intensity. Can be seen in both athletes or no athletes.
Eg. High jumpers, runners, gardeners etc

🛑Patellar Malalignment:
This is the abnormal tracking of the kneecap in the trochlear groove, resulting in mal-positioning of the patella when the knee is bent.
This may occur as a result of:
❌Quadracep Strength Imbalance
❌Weak Gluteal Muscle
❌Overpronated Feet

⛔️Post Liposuction Complication

Before and after treatment of client with FAJA BURN just 3 days after 360 liposuction which lead to the
development of 🚫 “PUTTY EDEMA” and FIBROSIS.

Now our client’s tummy is smooth and free of that lumpy/bumpy texture.
She is still within her “faja wearing stage” and so, she still receives occasional LYMPHATIC MASSAGES.
Client is now considering Cavitation treatment for maintenance.💯
