I am a certified yoga instructor based in Kingston, Jamaica. I teach a gentle style of yoga accessible to all levels including seniors. I specialize in teaching yoga for joint pain and yoga for arthritis.

I have completed numerous specialized trainings including in Therapeutic Yoga

2. Commit to a short time you can manage-think 5 to 10 minutes
3. Decide on a time that works for you. Morning is often best.
4. Get support from a friend.
5. Celebrate small wins!
