Nutritional Facts About Ingredients in Mondays Menu

Lentils are an excellent source of dietary fiber, copper, phosphorus, and manganese.
Additionally they are a good source of iron, protein, vitamin B1, zinc, potassium, and vitamin B6.
Cashews are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. These include vitamins E, K, and B6, along with minerals like copper, phosphorus, zinc, magnesium, iron, and selenium, all of which are important for maintaining good bodily function.

Ackee is a great source of healthy fats, protein, vitamins and minerals.

Chick peas are a great source of protein and a useful substitute for gluten based flours in cooking and baking.

Eating vegetarian doesn't have to be a challenge. We hope to provide you will some savory options to help you incorporate more veggies into your diet. Call/Email to place your order for Friday.

Today's tip is about embracing diet/fitness challenges that focus on long term benefits. It is important to pace ourself when making changes in our lives. Sometimes we get excited about the newness of things/ideas and want to fast track into the future. And in the process, miss out on the entire experience. I've learnt that sometimes you need to just slow down and smell the roses.

Life is too unpredictable to not do what you like/love and live in your greatness.

I am sharing with you today an Ab Challenge I have been doing that has been working great so far to boost energy levels and tone my body. (I'm on day 14 and already noticing the difference!!!)

So with this challenge and a few vegetarian meals per week, you will be well on your way to that beach ready summer body and at the very least, begin to improve the efficiency of your metabolism and promote some weight loss.
