Want to function at your optimal performance level everyday? Achieve your goals with Physiotherapy We are not your typical Physiotherapy and Pilates Office.

Body Forte' wants a healthier and more physical Jamaica that embraces the use of Physiotherapy, Pilates and Wellness services so that everyone can operate at an optimum performance level on a daily basis. Our highly trained team consists of licensed Physiotherapists and Pilates practitioners. We are unique because:

• We use a whole body integral approach to source and treat the causes versus only treating symptoms providing long term and permanent recovery. We use detailed assessment techniques to find and treat the causes of movement dysfunctions that cause various injuries versus only treating the symptoms. We also offer post rehab Pilates to ensure injury prevention and maintenance.
• We use Pilates as a tool to enhance our traditional Physiotherapy skills and to get our customers more actively enrolled in their recovery process.
• We are your movement experts-Coaching/teaching intelligent and efficient ways to move your body whether you are a couch potato, professional athlete, just had surgery or sit at your desk for hours on end. We promise you a successful movement experience every time!
• We care about your time! • You will be seen within 10 minutes of your appointment time or your next session is free.

Meet Christina Lindo, BSc Physical Therapy
Physiotherapist at Body Forte🌟

Christina Lindo is the newest addition to the Body Forte team, bringing with her a deep passion for helping people live fuller, more comfortable lives. 🍃

A graduate of the University of the West Indies, Class of 2018, Christina has spent the past several years treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions. Her greatest fulfillment comes from walking alongside patients with chronic conditions, helping them rediscover comfort, mobility, and hope.💫

Christina was drawn to Body Forte for its commitment to personalized, one-on-one care—💆an approach that aligns perfectly with her belief in treating the whole person, not just the injury. She values the clinic’s expert, all-rounded care that supports lasting healing and empowers patients through every stage of recovery. 🩹

Outside the clinic, Christina is an avid reader, 📚dedicated volunteer, and enthusiastic traveler. ✈️She is especially passionate about mentoring young women and girls, and she has already explored four of the world’s seven continents—always eager to immerse herself in new cultures and cuisines.🥙
