Understanding the chain of command and the roles of the different nursing staff is essential for safe and effective patient care. Each role comes with its own responsibilities and scope of practice, but we all work together as a team toward the same goal helping patients heal and recover. No role is more important than another. Every member of the healthcare team plays a vital part, and collaboration is what makes quality care possible 🤍

Yesterday, a group of UTANS members visited the UTech MoBay campus to provide hurricane-relief support to Nursing and Midwifery students who were affected by the recent Hurricane Melissa.
Through the generous donations received and the dedication of our members, the drive was a true success.
We extend heartfelt thanks to every donor, our supportive staff, our committed members, our supervisor, and the MoBay campus representatives who guided us with the information we needed to reach those most impacted. “When the community shows up, real support happens — and yesterday was proof of that.” Thank you so much to everyone who shared and contributed in anyway to this drive.
