Now that I am one, representation of black females in medicine is so important to me to show little girls that they too can have their dreams come through. Happy women's month. 2. Early detection means more treatment options are available.
3. An enlarged prostate does not always mean prostate cancer.
4. You can have no symptoms and still have prostate cancer.
5. Increased age means increased risk.
6. Black men have a higher risk of prostate cancer.
