Ladies, your health is your greatest asset! Breast cancer is more treatable when caught early, which is why regular checkups and monthly self-breast exams are SO important. Here's what you need to know:

Tips for Self-Exams
1️⃣ Do it monthly – Pick the same time each month, a few days after your period ends.
2️⃣ Use a mirror – Look for any changes in shape, size, or skin texture.
3️⃣ Feel for changes – Check for lumps, thickening, or tenderness with your fingers.

Important Fact
Did you know that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in her lifetime? While it’s common, most lumps are not cancerous—but they should always be checked by a doctor.
