It’s that simple really. Start with just a blood test. Your family doctor, urologist, medical doctor or any qualified medical personnel could order. Save a life… it could be yourself (male), a brother, an uncle, a cousin, a friend or even a stranger. Get tested.

This Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, we urge men, especially those over 50 or with a family history, to take charge of their health. Early detection through Digital Re**al Exams (DRE) and PSA tests is the key to successful treatment.

Stay informed, stay proactive, and encouraging those you love to do same. Together we can fight prostate cancer !

Did you know that if caught early, that is, before it has spread to any surrounding organs, prostate cancer has a 99% survival rate for the next five years?

If it has spread when caught however, the survival rate decreases to 32% for the next five years!

Moral of the story: Get screened early! Early detection saves lives. Don’t wait for symptoms to get screened!
