Yeaterday, January 8th 2026, the Montego Bay Marine Park Trust teamed up with , the Forestry Department, and students from the University of the West Indies (Mona) to assess the mangroves in the Bogue Lagoons, following Hurricane Melissa. These areas were previously surveyed, so this visit was all about comparing changes and seeing how our mangroves are holding up. Nature tells a story, and we’re here to listen.
