āœØļøMorning of Day 1 āœØļø

I popped prosecco.
Because joy is strategy.
Because this retreat was always going to begin with celebration.

It’s been two weeks since our August retreat wrapped, and I’ve been deep in reflection—processing and integrating on a vineyard in Linguaglossa, with Mt. Etna erupting daily in the distance. Yes, it’s been every bit as magical as it sounds.

Now I’m back at preparing for October’s retreat and welcoming the next cohort of women leaders. (Message me to apply or join the mailing list—just a few spots remain.)

Before I share more photos, videos, and guest reflections, here are a few lessons and affirmations I’m carrying forward:

šŸ‘‰šŸ½You can thrive as your authentic self. You don’t need to shrink or shapeshift.

šŸ‘‰šŸ½My deepest passion is helping leaders (and organizations) reach their full potential.

šŸ‘‰šŸ½You cannot hold safe space for others while living in dissonance. Authenticity is non-negotiable

šŸ‘‰šŸ½It’s okay to be vulnerable and in your own process of becoming—even while leading. That’s not a flaw. It’s a powerful form of leadership.

šŸ‘‰šŸ½Holding space for women who lead is no small task. I’ve learned I need someone on-site taking care of me too.

There’s a subtle but powerful difference.

🧱 Walls are built from fear. They disconnect, numb, and isolate.

We often confuse the two—especially when healing old wounds or navigating high-sensitivity. But one protects your aliveness, while the other dims it.

Your frequency precedes your words.
It’s the energy people feel before you speak.
It’s the silent signal that shapes how you’re received, how you’re remembered, and how you magnetize what’s meant for you.

We often think of communication as verbal, but the truth is:
Your body, your breath, your presence—they’re broadcasting constantly.

So pause.
Tune in.
Ask yourself:

šŸ”® What frequency do I live in most often?
šŸŒ€ What do I want to amplify?
🌿 What do I need to clear to shift my signal?

Try this:
Place one hand on your heart, one on your belly.
Take three slow breaths.
