This requires transformation from the colonial practices of government, religion and business which brutalizes the brain and generates psychological traumas. Essentially, colonial institutions try to use 'words' (example laws) to empower/feed the brain instead of neuro-friendly food. However, 'words' cannot modify behaviour except with brutal punishment which damages the brain. The KRYS Creativity Learning uses neuro-plasticity (food and training) to modify behaviour.
